Blue to purple color shifting Galaxy top coat. It will look blue straight on but changes to purple on an angle. It will always be different depending on where people are looking at it from.
This polish is a top coat. It is photographed over black. You can put it over any color to add an excellent effect. It will be more prominent with darker colors but try it with anything!
All of the top coat polish we sell is 5 free. It does not contain Camphor, Formaldehyde, Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), or Formaldehyde resins.
